Azarian Growth Agency is hiring a Content Writer to join our team and create engaging, SEO-optimized, and research-driven content. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and strategic execution to craft high-quality content aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy
- Write, edit, and proofread concise, engaging, and research-backed content across multiple platforms.
- Develop SEO-optimized blogs, landing pages, case studies, and thought leadership articles aligned with brand voice.
- Ensure content flows naturally, avoids repetition, and maintains a high readability score (95%+ on Hemingway/Grammarly).
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate innovative content ideas.
SEO & Performance Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis using Ahrefs and other SEO tools.
- Integrate primary and secondary keywords naturally in at least 70% of content pieces for improved search visibility.
- Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, and content engagement, providing recommendations for optimization.
Collaboration & Content Enhancement
- Work closely with designers to create infographics and other visual storytelling elements.
- Provide clear, structured design briefs to enhance content presentation.
- Align with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to ensure content supports lead-generation and brand awareness efforts.
AI, Research, & Innovation
- Develop custom AI prompts to enhance content ideation while maintaining <10% AI reliance in final drafts.
- Research 3-5 high-quality sources per blog, integrating data, expert opinions, and case studies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, SEO updates, and AI advancements to refine content strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in content writing, SEO-driven content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization strategies.
- Experience using Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Asana, Slack, and Google Suite.
- Ability to write concisely, maintain high readability, and avoid unnecessary repetition.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet 90-100% of deadlines.
- Fluency in English (speaking, reading, comprehension).
30-60-90 Day Plan: Content Writer
First 30 Days – Learning & Onboarding
- Understand company goals, content strategy, and SEO workflows.
- Start writing short-form and long-form content with minimal revisions.
- Improve the skills to of using Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and internal tools for content analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams for content planning.
Days 31-60 – Optimization & Strategy Execution
- Implement keyword research and SEO best practices in all content.
- Monitor content performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Provide clear, structured design briefs for visual content enhancement.
- Begin proactively suggesting new content ideas based on data insights.
Days 61-90 – Scale & Innovate
- Publish high-quality, research-backed content consistently.
- Improve organic traffic and engagement metrics through strategic content updates.
- Contribute to thought leadership pieces and case studies.
Work with leadership to refine content strategy based on performance analytics.
