About the Position

As we continue to expand, we’re excited to open a remote position for a Content Writer. We’re seeking a self-motivated individual, driven by a high sense of ownership and accountability, ready to collaborate in a team that values fast iterations, learning, and repetition.’

Job Responsibilities

  • Writing, editing, and proofreading content across multiple platforms.
  • Contributing to brainstorming sessions to generate new content ideas.
  • Providing editorial, creative, and technical support to team members.
  • Monitoring and analyzing social and website metrics to suggest improvements.
  • Refining content strategy based on metrics.
  • Keeping updated with SEO and digital marketing trends and integrating them into your work.
  • Suggesting improvements for process and productivity optimization.

In your first month, you will…

  • Familiarize yourself with our team, processes, and top initiatives.
  • Begin actively participating in brainstorming sessions and generating content.
  • Start providing editorial, creative, and technical support to team members.

In your first 3 months, you will…

  • Develop and implement enhancements to the content strategy based on collected metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze social and website metrics, suggesting improvements.
  • Start revising and updating website content in alignment with [A] Growth’s strategy.

In your first 6 months, you will…

  • Stay updated with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and apply them to your work.
  • Propose improvements for process and productivity optimization.

Qualifications, Skills, and Education Requirements 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop original, high-quality content.
  • Experience in creating engaging content.
  • Familiarity with SEM/SEO processes.
  • Experience in technical writing.
  • Experience with the following tools/tech is highly preferred:
    • Asana
    • Google Suite 
    • Slack
    • Google Analytics
    • Excel
  • A basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website administration is a plus.
  • English language fluency (speaking/reading/comprehension).

This position offers the flexibility to work remotely as we operate across various time zones. 

The ideal candidate should be available for occasional early or late meetings to accommodate team members in different time zones.
