Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution of PPC and performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
  • Craft and launch top-notch digital campaigns from scratch. This includes defining campaign objectives, identifying the best platforms, and setting up tracking.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, improve KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS), and achieve business growth objectives.
  • Take ownership of the paid acquisition budget, efficiently allocating resources across campaigns, channels, and geographies to ensure optimal results.
  • Perform in-depth research to identify relevant keywords and audiences, aligning ad copy and creative with audience intent and business goals.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Google Data Studio, etc.) to measure performance, generate insights, and produce detailed reports for stakeholders, highlighting campaign performance and actionable recommendations.
  • Implement A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to optimize campaign performance and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the Creative Design, Content, and SEO teams to ensure that ads align with the broader marketing strategy, brand message, and content initiatives.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in PPC and paid acquisition channels, identifying new opportunities and trends to incorporate into the strategy.
  • Refine ad targeting, messaging, and strategies to improve lead quality, volume, and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years of Experience in managing large-scale PPC and paid media campaigns, with a proven track record of success in performance marketing.
  • Expertise in PPC Platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with advanced knowledge of campaign management, optimization techniques, and bid strategies.
  • Strong Analytical Skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Google Data Studio, and other reporting tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing budgets to drive cost-effective results.
  • Advanced Excel Skills for data analysis, campaign performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies for ads, landing pages, and creative elements.
  • Familiarity with CRO and Landing Page Optimization to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Understanding of Attribution Models and ability to implement tracking systems that accurately measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills to clearly convey insights, performance results, and strategies to stakeholders.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms within PPC and digital advertising.

  • Work with our creative team to improve ad designs and messaging

In your first 90 days, you will…

  • Be the in-house SME (subject matter expert) on managing and optimizing all paid advertising campaigns.
  • Regularly report on campaign performance to the growth team and clients
  • Keep improving our paid advertising strategies based on the latest trends and best practices
