Job Overview

Azarian Growth Agency (A-Growth) is seeking a motivated and creative Growth Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, SEO, email marketing, and analytics. As an intern, you’ll work closely with experienced marketing professionals to learn and apply data-driven marketing strategies that drive growth across the entire marketing funnel. This role is perfect for a current student or recent graduate who is eager to build a career in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

  • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and engagement opportunities.
  • Create and schedule content using social media management tools.

Content Creation:

  • Write and edit blog posts, articles, and social media content.
  • Assist with the creation of visual content, including graphics and videos.
  • Support the development of content calendars.

SEO & SEM:

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
  • Assist in managing Google Ads campaigns and other paid search initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics.

Email Marketing:

  • Help design and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Segment email lists and personalize content for different audience groups.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of email campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze website and social media performance metrics.
  • Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist with A/B testing and other optimization strategies.

Research & Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Recent graduates are also welcome to apply).
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media schedulers).
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
