Are you a strategic storyteller who can master brand voice, generate high-impact content at scale, and stay ahead of AI-driven marketing trends? We’re looking for a Content Writer to become the dedicated voice of our agency, creating a high volume of weekly content with the support of powerful AI tools.
This is not a 2-3 blogs per week type of role. We’re talking blogs, landing pages, emails, product copy, social posts, webinar assets, all crafted at scale and with purpose.
You’ll be fully immersed in the soul of our agency: our services, customer personas, industry insights, and marketing stack.

What You’ll Do

Own all internal content for the agency:

Blog articles, website copy, email campaigns, social content, webinar messaging, UI/UX microcopy

Use AI tools and agents (like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Jasper, etc.) to produce, refine, and scale content output

Join internal calls, strategy sessions, and brainstorming meetings to deeply understand our services, brand, and priorities
-
Read industry blogs and marketing/AI thought leadership content weekly to keep our messaging ahead of the curve

Monitor competitor content and suggest new angles, formats, or ideas
-
Collaborate closely with design, SEO, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive execution

Build and maintain internal content systems: messaging frameworks, tone of voice guidelines, prompt libraries, templates
What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience in content writing (agency, startup, or tech environments preferred)

Strong writing skills across formats, from conversion copy to long-form content
-
Ability to learn fast and think strategically about content purpose and audience
-
Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate workflows (and curious to keep improving)
-
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of juggling multiple content tracks
-
Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, funnels, lead gen, brand positioning, etc.)
Bonus Points If You:

Know how to analyze competitor content strategies and extract actionable insights

Have worked with brand strategy or UX teams in the past

Have built prompt libraries or experimented with AI automation workflows

Are endlessly curious about marketing, AI, and the future of content creation
