Who We’re Looking For

As our part-time Recruiter, you’ll be more than just a talent scout; you’ll be a growth catalyst. Your mission? To weave through the rich tapestry of the Armenian talent market and beyond, identifying and attracting the best and brightest to join our trailblazing team.

This is a remote, part-time position. 


  • Lead our talent acquisition efforts, turning hiring needs into exciting opportunities to bring fresh talent on board
  • Leverage your extensive network in the Armenian talent market to source and discover exceptional professionals who are ready to make an impact
  • Conduct engaging screenings and interviews, ensuring candidates not only match our needs but also share our passion and vision
  • Work hand-in-hand with our dynamic teams, understanding their unique needs and the nuances of each role
  • Champion our agency’s culture and values, making every candidate interaction a testament to our vibrant work environment
  • Keep a keen eye on recruitment metrics to refine and enhance our hiring process continually

About You

  • You’re a recruitment specialist with at least 3-5 years of experience, preferably with deep roots in the Armenian talent market
  • You’re a networker at heart, with a rich contact list and the ability to tap into diverse talent pools
  • You’re an excellent communicator, fluent in both Armenian and English languages
  • You’re highly organized, efficient, and adept at juggling multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
  • You’re tech-savvy, with a knack for using recruitment software and social media to your advantage
  • Ideally, you hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

30-60-90 Plan

In your first 30 Days: Orientation and Integration

  • Familiarize yourself with the company’s culture, values, and the specifics of various teams.
  • Understand the current hiring process and identify key roles that need immediate attention.
  • Begin building relationships with team leaders to understand their hiring needs.
  • Start actively sourcing candidates using your network and recruitment tools.

In your first 60 Days (Days 31-60): Active Talent Sourcing and Engagement

  • Continue sourcing candidates using your network and recruitment tools.
  • Conduct initial screenings and set up interviews for potential candidates.
  • Provide regular updates and weekly reports to team leaders on their hiring needs.

In your first 90 days (Days 61-90): Refining the Recruitment Process

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment strategies used and make adjustments as needed.
  • Aim to close the first set of positions or make significant progress in the recruitment pipeline.
  • Gather feedback from candidates and team leaders to improve the candidate experience and streamline the hiring process.
