Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and passionate Mid UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-centric digital experiences that are visually appealing and highly functional. You will collaborate with marketing, development, and product teams to create seamless interfaces that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research to understand customer behavior, needs, and pain points.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for websites, landing pages, and digital products.
Develop and maintain design systems and UI components.
Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all digital assets.
Work closely with developers to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff.
Optimize UI/UX for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.
Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvements.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design thinking processes.
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
Knowledge of usability principles, accessibility guidelines, and UX best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
