We are looking for a Marketing Automation & Outreach Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in driving lead generation, nurturing customer relationships, and optimizing our marketing campaigns. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in marketing automation tools and a proactive approach to outreach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Developed and managed automated marketing workflows and email sequences, as well as lead nurturing campaigns.
- Implement A/B testing and performance optimization for automated campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Conduct outbound email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
- Personalize outreach efforts based on audience segmentation and buyer personas.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align outreach strategies with sales goals.
- Identify and engage with potential prospects through strategic outreach.
- Track outreach performance and continuously refine messaging and targeting for better acquisition.
- Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to align marketing automation and outreach strategies.
- Develop automated workflows that support customer journeys from awareness to conversion.
- Assist in the implementation of retargeting and remarketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and outreach.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2+ years in marketing automation, email marketing, or outbound marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Clay, and Zapier) and tools like Zapier and Zoho.
- Experience with Clay, Klaviyo, and SmartLead is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and lead generation strategies.
- Ability to analyze marketing metrics and optimize campaigns for better performance.
- Familiarity with lead scoring, segmentation, and workflow automation.
- Strong writing skills for personalized outreach and campaign messaging.
- A self-starter who can manage multiple campaigns and initiatives effectively.
30-60-90 Day Plan: Marketing Automation & Outreach Specialist
First 30 Days – Learning & Onboarding
Goal: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s marketing automation systems, outreach strategies, and existing lead generation processes.
- Understand the Business & Goals
- Get familiar with the company’s mission, value propositions, and ideal customer profile (ICP).
- Review past and current marketing automation and outreach strategies.
- Understand key performance indicators (KPIs) for lead generation and outreach success.
- Review & Optimize Existing Tools
