- Provide visionary leadership for all partner-facing growth teams, setting the strategic direction and ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional growth marketing results
- Build, mentor, and lead a robust team of growth marketers, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and innovation
- Engage in high-level collaborations to ensure holistic integration of growth strategies across all client touchpoints
- Champion a culture of agility, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the growth team
- Lead high-stakes account management efforts, forging strong, lasting relationships with partners and understanding their unique needs and business objectives
- Oversee a substantial monthly ad spend, ensuring optimal ROI and driving significant growth for our partners
- Craft and contribute to growth strategies for the agency, diving deep into campaign analytics, deriving insights, and spearheading optimization initiatives
- Stay ahead of the curve, keeping Azarian Growth Agency at the forefront of growth marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- You bring at least 10+ years of growth marketing experience, with a focus on both B2B and B2C strategies
- You have proven experience managing substantial monthly ad spends ($2M+), with a track record of leading teams and delivering transformative results
- Your expertise spans the full spectrum of digital marketing channels, and you have a keen ability to craft and execute high-impact growth strategies
- Leadership is second nature to you; you’ve built, led, and inspired teams to achieve greatness
- Agility and experimentation are in your DNA; you thrive in dynamic environments and are always on the lookout for the next big growth opportunity
- Your strategic acumen is matched by your hands-on approach; you’re as comfortable setting the vision as you are diving into the weeds
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills define you; you excel in both internal team dynamics and external client engagements
- Flexibility to work with the team based in Yerevan, Armenia time-zone
- Google Analytics Mastery: You know GA4 like the back of your hand and can derive actionable insights from complex data sets with ease.
- Tag Management Enthusiast: You would set up Google Tag Manager for fun and have a proven track record of implementing intricate tracking setups for multi-faceted campaigns.
- Platform Proficiency: You’re adept at navigating and optimizing across major ad platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and more.
- MarTech Stack Expertise: You’re familiar with the latest marketing technology tools and platforms, and you can integrate them seamlessly to drive automation and efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Communication: You can switch from speaking to a group of engineers to a group of marketers, to a partner stakeholder without missing a beat, ensuring clarity and alignment across all teams.
- SEO Savvy: You understand the intricacies of both on-page and off-page SEO and can guide strategies that boost organic visibility and traffic.
- CRO Specialist: You have hands-on experience with leading CRO tools like Optimizely or VWO and can design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to optimize conversion rates.
- Data Visualization: Tools like Tableau or Google Data Studio are in your arsenal, and you can craft compelling visual reports that tell a story and drive decision-making.
- Automation Aficionado: You’re proficient with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot and can design complex workflows that nurture and convert leads.
- Technical Troubleshooting: You can quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues related to tracking, attribution, or platform integrations, ensuring data integrity and campaign performance.
- Agile Methodology: You’re extremely familiar with agile frameworks and can lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure projects stay on track and teams remain aligned.

- Conduct a comprehensive review of existing campaign performances, identifying immediate areas of improvement
- Engage in one-on-one sessions with team members, understanding their roles, challenges, and aspirations
In your first 60 days, you will…
- Begin rolling out refined growth strategies and optimization initiatives based on your insights and expertise
- Identify and address any team structure or hiring needs, ensuring the growth department is poised for success, and work on performance plans for the team.
- Establish a cadence of regular check-ins with key partners, reinforcing our commitment to their success
